IT Project Manager - Banking (Asset & Wealth / Custody)

Are you a seasoned IT Project Manager with deep expertise in banking transformation projects? We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead large-scale initiatives across Asset & Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Custody platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and has a strong track record in delivering end-to-end banking technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle delivery from initiation to closure
- Manage implementations across Asset & Wealth Management / Private Banking domains
- Drive initiatives across front, middle, and back-office systems
- Conduct process mapping, re-engineering, and customer journey analysis
- Ensure project execution using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Lead change management activities, including business case, UAT planning, and execution
- Manage and engage cross-functional stakeholders (technical & business)
- Monitor project scope, timelines, risk, and deliverables
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as IT Project Manager in banking
- Strong experience in Asset & Wealth Management systems
- Proven experience in end-to-end project implementation
- Strong understanding of process improvement & transformation
- Experience in change management and UAT coordination
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
