Overview Of The Role:

• As a Luxury Sales Assistant, you will act as a brand ambassador, creating an exceptional shopping experience that represents Al Futtaim's values of luxury and excellence. You will engage with customers in the luxury sales environment, utilizing your comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales targets. Collaborating with store and team members, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the brand's high standards of service, presentation, and customer engagement.

What You Will Do:

Sales and Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service and luxury shopping experience.
• Use product knowledge to guide customers in their selections across all product categories.
• Drive sales by combining a professional approach with enthusiasm for the product and the brand.
• Confidently engage with customers to provide tailored advice and solutions.

Store Operations

• Participate in daily floor replenishment activities.
• Ensure the store presentation meets the brand standards.
• Maintain awareness of store promotions and campaigns.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Support team in maintaining a positive and productive working environment.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic setting.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Prior experience in luxury retail or hospitality, showcasing an understanding of high-end customer service.
• Strong fashion sense and awareness of luxury brand trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and additional languages preferred.
• Capacity to work shifts over a 6-day week, demonstrating reliability and flexibility.
