We are seeking a highly organised, professional and welcoming General Secretary to join our busy and friendly admin team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in providing excellent administrative and customer service support.

As the first point of contact for many of our families, visitors and staff, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the School office.

• Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within an educational setting.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar and Drive).
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Arabic is desirable but not essential.

Candidates will be required to have their educational certificates attested by a notary public and stamped by the Qatari Embassy in the country where they were issued, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar.
