We are seeking a dedicated Transport Coordinator to oversee daily transportation operations, coordinate drivers, monitor vehicle maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the school’s daily transportation operations and fleet activities.
• Coordinate and monitor bus drivers, attendants, and transportation staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan, review, and optimize transportation routes for efficiency, safety, and timely student pick-up/drop‑off.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and servicing of school vehicles.
• Maintain transportation records, vehicle documentation, insurance records, permits, and compliance reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation-related inquiries from parents, staff, and management.
• Ensure all transportation operations comply with local traffic laws, school policies, and safety standards.
• Prepare transportation reports, incident reports, and operational updates for school management.
• Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and ensure drivers adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist in driver scheduling, attendance monitoring, performance evaluation, and training coordination.
• Respond promptly to transportation emergencies, delays, breakdowns, and route adjustments.
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and government authorities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Transportation Supervisor, Transport Coordinator, Fleet Coordinator, or similar role.
• Valid Qatar Heavy Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and transportation record management.
• Knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance schedules, and transportation safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage drivers and transportation staff.
• Flexibility to handle transportation emergencies and operational requirements.

• English – Mandatory
• Hindi – Mandatory
• Arabic – Preferred
