Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
5–10 years of direct experience in Turnaround Planning & Execution in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Process Plants
Experience in scope development, cost estimation, budgeting, material planning, and contractor coordination
Strong knowledge of Turnaround Management Systems (TMS), Stage-Gate Process (Gate 1–6), and maintenance planning
Must have experience coordinating with Maintenance, Technical, HSE, Logistics, and Contractors to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget turnaround execution
