Sales Reperentative

The role involves compiling and evaluating marketing and financial data for senior leadership, providing precise account-level information for customer correspondence, and collaborating on production issues. They also prepare position reports, report on P&L movements, and provide analysis and commentary on balance sheet movements, as well as attestation.

Responsibilities

Mentor and guide the cash accounting team members, developing and sharing best practices

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the cash accounting team

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

Partner with groups across the Finance and Shared Service areas to identify and remediate process inefficiencies that are causing a high number of reconciling items

Prepare/review periodic reporting to management on the status of cash clearing and process improvement initiatives

Perform reconciliation of the cash accounts to identify discrepancies between the bank and general ledger balances

Perform ad hoc analysis on reconciling items, working with other areas to identify and resolve the issue

Record monthly and non-recurring general ledger entries to remediate discrepancies between the bank and general ledger balance

Requirements
