Sales Engineer – HBK Steel Fabrication

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in structural steel, architectural metal works, and fabrication projects
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to promote company capabilities
- Prepare company profiles, technical brochures, and presentations
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and tenders to secure orders
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Close deals and follow up payments
- Monitor market awareness including steel rates and competition
- Review tender documents, specifications, BOQs, and engineering drawings
- Prepare detailed material take-offs from structural and fabrication drawings
- Prepare competitive and accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 7–8 years of experience
- Specialized training in steel fabrication
- Knowledge of cost estimation and BOQ preparation is an added advantage
- Experience in tendering and commercial engineering
