Utilities Senior Engineer

Job Summary
The Senior Utilities Engineer ensures the 24/7 operational continuity of all critical infrastructure (Power, Water, District Cooling, and Fire Systems). You will manage large-scale technical teams and subcontractors to maintain asset reliability, regulatory compliance, and energy efficiency for Qatar's most prestigious facilities.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
License: UPDA/MMUP Certified (Preffered).
Experience: 8+ Years in FM/Utilities (Minimum 3 years in GCC).
Skills: HVAC/District Cooling, HV/LV Power, BMS/AMI, and SAP/Maximo.
Core Responsibilities
Operational Continuity: Oversee District Cooling Plants (DCP), high-voltage networks, and water systems to ensure zero downtime.
Team Leadership: Supervise multi-disciplinary teams (Engineers & Technicians) and manage Specialist Subcontractors (AMCs).
Financial & Technical Planning: Manage O&M budgets, energy-saving initiatives, and lifecycle asset management.
