Hotel L&D Leader: Elevate Training & Talent Growth

Mondrian Doha in Qatar is seeking an Learning & Development professional to support the Director of Human Resources in delivering comprehensive training for all hotel employees, including management, and to implement orientation and training programs.
You will research and recommend internal and external learning options aligned with business objectives, conduct needs assessments, develop or outsource programs, deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness.
