Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and update computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Support users across office and field locations (remote & onsite).
- Monitor system performance, antivirus, and security updates.
- Log, track, and close support tickets using the IT service desk system.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding IT setups (email, accounts, devices).
- Support printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and other office equipment.
- Document technical solutions and create user guides for common issues.
- Assist in IT asset tagging, inventory tracking, and hardware repairs.
- Support the rollout of new IT systems, updates, and security patches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with user account management and ticketing systems.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or Azure are a plus.
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
