Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Master Hairstylist & Makeup Artist to join our luxury salon team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in advanced hairstyling and professional makeup, with experience handling VIP clients and delivering high-quality results consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert hairstyling services including cutting, coloring, balayage, treatments, and styling
- Perform professional makeup applications (bridal, events, glam, HD makeup)
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Upsell salon services and retail products to meet sales targets
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques
Requirements
- Proven experience in a luxury or high-end salon
- Strong skills in advanced hair techniques (balayage, keratin, hair botox, extensions)
- Professional makeup artistry experience with a portfolio
- Good communication and consultation skills
- Ability to handle VIP and high-demand clients
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Certification is an advantage but not mandatory
Language Requirements
- English (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
