Summary: The Fabricator plays a crucial role in our automotive workshop by executing precision metal fabrication and vehicle body repairs, contributing to the customization, restoration, and structural integrity of vehicles. This position demands technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic workshop setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming design concepts into functional components through skilled welding, cutting, and assembly, ensuring all work meets high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Carry out fabrication and metal works for vehicles
- Perform welding, cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly tasks
- Repair and modify vehicle body parts and metal structures
- Assist with vehicle customization and automotive repair projects
- Read measurements and technical drawings when required
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment properly
- Work closely with other technicians and workshop staff
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Fabricator in the automobile industry
- Good knowledge of welding and metal fabrication techniques
- Experience working in automotive workshops or garages
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
