Civil Foreman

Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time

Supervise civil maintenance, repair, and construction activities across PTP and SGW TF plants.

Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance work.

Oversee tank, chamber, wet well, and drain cleaning as per schedule.

Inspect civil structures like tanks, buildings, roads, manholes, and drainage systems, and report defects.

Coordinate with Operations, Mechanical, and Electrical teams for safe and efficient work.

Ensure compliance with HSE rules, quality standards, and company procedures.

Supervise contractors and workers to complete jobs safely, on time, and with good quality.

Monitor materials, equipment, and resources for cost‑effective use.

Prepare inspection reports, work orders, and maintenance records.

Respond to emergency maintenance needs to keep civil assets safe and reliable.

Requirements

Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

3-6 years of civil construction or maintenance experience, preferably in STP/PTP plants.

Knowledge of civil structures and maintenance methods.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with HSE and quality standards.
