Pizza Maker

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to recipes and standards.
- Stretch, shape, top, and bake pizzas accurately and consistently.
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely.
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of all pizzas.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and follow proper food storage procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and inventory when required.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Minimize food waste and ensure proper use of ingredients.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pizza Maker/Pizza Chef preferred.
- Knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, stretching, topping and baking.
- Familiarity with commercial pizza ovens.
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, reliability and attention to detail.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
