Job Objective

The Food Service Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships for a food distribution company. This role involves leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their food service needs.

Perspective Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

· Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and supervisors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

· Set clear sales goals and targets, motivating the team to achieve and exceed them

· Develop sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

· Ensure distribution efficiency and MSL compliance.

· guide team to grow distribution network and deliver their distribution targets.

· Review, set, and deliver annual sales and profitability budgets.

· Responsible for OPEX efficiently managing team and structure

Client Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, such as restaurants, hotels, catering services, and institutions.

· Understand clients' unique food service requirements and propose solutions to meet their needs.

· Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

New Business Development

· Identify and target potential clients in the food service industry.

· Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business and expand the customer base.

Trade Shows and Events
