Bartenders Role Overview

This is a remarkable opportunity to join the front line of Qatar’s premium hospitality scene. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through expert mixology, refined presentation, and genuine service. Working within elegant hotel bars and lounges, you will represent the sophistication and warmth of five-star hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

You will combine creativity with precision—balancing artistry and efficiency to ensure every cocktail, mocktail, and beverage meets the expectations of international guests. Beyond technical skill, this role demands charisma, confidence, and a passion for people.

Bartenders Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring every interaction reflects five-star standards.
• Mixology Expertise: Prepare and present classic and signature cocktails with precision, flair, and consistency.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. Offer recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
• Bar Operations: Manage daily bar setup, stock rotation, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Upselling & Revenue: Promote premium products and signature drinks to enhance guest experience and maximize sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with barbacks, servers, and management to ensure seamless service flow.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimize wastage through accurate portioning and record-keeping.
• Presentation Standards: Maintain immaculate grooming and uniform standards, reflecting the prestige of a five-star environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or premium lounges.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and beverage pairing. Ability to operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Personality: Charismatic, confident, and guest-focused with a natural flair for hospitality.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, excellent multitasking ability, and composure under pressure.
• Communication: Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
