Universal Banker - Part Time - Qatari National Only

In this role, you will:
- To provide a high quality, customer driven service by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs in order to assist HSBC in the achievement of its plan.
- Guide and attend to customer queries appropriately.
- Provide a high level of professional and personalized service.
- Process all Outward clearing cheques within SLA
- Ensure compliance with Central bank and internal guidelines.
- Discharge duties for branch ATM or BCDMs if present and allocated.
- If applicable, support management of Cash in Treasury
- Register & delivery of all IWPB Credit Cards/ Debit Cards and retained cards.
- By taking ownership of complaints from initial contact to problem resolution while ensuring related tools are adequately updated.
