FMCG Van Sales Executive [Baladna]

Baladna Food Industries is seeking highly motivated Van Sales Executives to drive the distribution of our premium dairy and beverage products across retail outlets in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily delivery routes to hypermarkets and local groceries, ensuring 100% schedule compliance.
- Strictly enforce FEFO (First Expire, First Out) stock rotation in all customer chillers to minimize product return rates.
- Manage cash collections, generate daily sales invoices, and reconcile accounts with the depot cashier.
- Monitor the truck's chiller temperature constantly to ensure strict cold-chain compliance.
Mandatory Requirements
- License: Valid Qatar Medium/Light Manual Driving License.
- Legal: Transferable QID with a valid NOC from the current sponsor.
- Experience: At least 3 years in FMCG distribution, preferably handling short shelf‑life items (dairy, bakery, or poultry) in the GCC.
