Position Title: Private Jet Cabin Crew

Location: Various (Based on Aircraft Deployment)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Reports to: Chief Pilot / Operations Manager

Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Cabin Crew member to join our private jet service team. The ideal candidate will provide an exceptional level of service, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our high-profile clients. This role demands a keen attention to detail, discretion, and a high degree of flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Safety and Comfort:
   • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the aircraft is properly stocked and prepared for flight.
   • Brief passengers on safety procedures, including the use of safety equipment and emergency exits.
   • Ensure passengers' comfort and respond to their needs promptly and efficiently.
2. In-flight Service:
   • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to the clients' preferences and dietary requirements.
   • Provide personalized service, including arranging special requests and catering for specific needs.
   • Manage cabin cleanliness and organization throughout the flight.
3. Customer Service:
   • Welcome passengers aboard, assist with seating, and handle any special requests.
   • Provide a discreet and professional service, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring client privacy.
   • Address any in-flight issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
4. Pre- and Post-flight Duties:
   • Conduct thorough inspections of the cabin before and after flights.
   • Prepare detailed flight reports and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
   • Coordinate with ground staff and flight crew to ensure smooth operations.
5. Safety and Emergency Preparedness:
   • Stay up-to-date with safety regulations and procedures.
   • Participate in regular safety training and emergency drills.
   • Be prepared to manage any emergency situations and provide first aid if necessary.
6. Administrative Duties:
   • Manage inventory of cabin supplies and ensure timely restocking.
   • Maintain records of catering, cleaning services, and passenger preferences.
   • Liaise with the operations team for scheduling and logistics planning.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as cabin crew, preferably in a private jet or premium airline setting.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; advanced training in hospitality or aviation is a plus.
• Certifications: Valid flight attendant certification; First Aid and CPR certification.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and manage cabin equipment and supplies.
• Good physical health and fitness to handle the demands of the role.
