SAFETY OFFICER
QatarEnergy
Department HSE (RLIC) Primary Purpose of the Job Inspect and audit the Industrial Cities Directorate and QatarEnergy Contractors work sites and systems based on the established Health, Safety & Environmental Management System guidelines from QatarEnergy Contractor requirements. ISO 9001 ,ISO 14001, OHSAS18001, and the Industrial Directorate Quality Management Systems. Record findings and implement a prograrn for corrective actions and follow up. Required Experience and Skills 8 years practical experience in the safety field out of which 5 years as a Safety Officer in Oil & Gas Industries or in a Petrochemical Environment/ Petrochemical Educational Qualifications
- Diploma in Safety Management and/or 8 years practical experience in the safety field out of which 5 years as a Safety Officer in Oil & Gas Industries or in a Petrochemical Environment/ Petrochemical Industrial City Environment.
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Computer Competency in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication, administration and supervisory skills and be comfortable working in multinauonal environment. Ability to analyze data, interpret results and communicate results
