Job Summary

The Senior Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation standards are met within the establishment. They lead by example, provide training and guidance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and comfort. Additionally, Senior Housekeeping Supervisors play a crucial role in coordinating with other departments to maintain efficient operations and uphold the reputation of the establishment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to high cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and standards.

• Manage and control inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Develop and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff.

• Monitor and manage the housekeeping budget efficiently.

Job Experience

Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year(s) GCC is a plus
