Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments, and supporting the overall accounts payable function. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and accounting practices.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
