IT Support Specialist — Endpoints, Security & Onboarding

A leading technology solutions provider in Doha, Qatar is seeking an IT Support Specialist who will provide frontline technical support and ensure smooth IT operations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing user accounts, and supporting network connectivity. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and at least 4 years of IT support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 is essential. This position encompasses both onsite and remote user support.
