Senior Property Manager & Tenant Relations Leader

Swan Global WLL in Doha seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, manage tenant relations, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with Qatari laws and regulations. The candidate should lead a large team and coordinate with insurance providers and utilities authorities.
English and Arabic fluency is required. Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office is essential for managing measurements, tender processes, and contract terms within a real estate environment.
