As a Commis II, you will assist in various kitchen tasks and food preparation. Your role involves learning and refining culinary skills, supporting chefs, and contributing to the overall success of our dining experiences.

• Collaborate with senior chefs and colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Participate in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

• Support in inventory management and stocking of kitchen supplies.

• Receive guidance from senior chefs to enhance culinary skills.

• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and culinary excellence.

• Attend training sessions and take opportunities for culinary development.

• Assist in upholding kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

• Execute tasks assigned by senior chefs and supervisors.

• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
