A project management firm based in Qatar is looking for a Cost & Planning Engineer specializing in Oil & Gas and EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience with a proven track record in cost control and planning. Key responsibilities include developing cost control systems, preparing budgets, and monitoring project progress using techniques such as Earned Value Management.
