Strategic Affairs & Governance (General Counsel)
Provide strategic legal and commercial support acrossinvestments, governance, contracts, negotiations and corporate structures.Coordinate external legal advisers, support transactions, manage contractualrisk and advise on deal processes, litigation strategy and corporategovernance.
- Support investmenttransactions and negotiations.
- Coordinate external legaladvisers locally and internationally.
- Review and negotiatecommercial agreements and contracts.
- Advise on governance, legalstructures and litigation strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commerciallegal, corporate advisory or transaction experience.
- Qualified lawyeradvantageous but not essential.
- Strong legal network andunderstanding of Qatar and international legal frameworks.
- Experience in M&A,contracts, governance, negotiations or corporate structuring.
