Job Title: Sales Executive – Off-Plan Real Estate
Location: Qatar
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan residential and commercial properties, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate should possess excellent market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, exhibitions, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct property presentations, project demonstrations, and site visits.
- Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable property options.
- Follow up with leads promptly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms while ensuring company policies are followed.
- Guide clients through the complete sales cycle, from inquiry to booking, documentation, and handover coordination.
- Coordinate with developers, legal teams, finance departments, and mortgage consultants to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, reservation forms, and sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new project launches.
- Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns to generate business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
- Comply with all company policies, ethical standards, and Qatar real estate regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Real estate certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Qatar (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, developers, and off-plan projects.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience dealing with local and international investors is preferred.
