Marketplace Warehouse Lead

Overview

Responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations supporting marketplace sellers, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination to deliver a fast and reliable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound operations while meeting SLAs
• Oversee seller inventory, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and minimal shrinkage
• Drive order accuracy, reduce fulfillment errors, and improve turnaround time (TAT)
• Lead process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma and support warehouse automation (WMS, handhelds)
• Manage and develop warehouse teams, ensuring optimal manpower planning and performance
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to SOPs
• Collaborate with marketplace, logistics, finance, and tech teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering
• 5-7+ years of experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations (e-commerce preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proven leadership experience managing teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
