Marketplace Warehouse Manager
ESP Engineered
Overview
Responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations supporting marketplace sellers, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination to deliver a fast and reliable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound operations while meeting SLAs
- Oversee seller inventory, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and minimal shrinkage
- Drive order accuracy, reduce fulfillment errors, and improve turnaround time (TAT)
- Lead process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma and support warehouse automation (WMS, handhelds)
- Manage and develop warehouse teams, ensuring optimal manpower planning and performance
- Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to SOPs
- Collaborate with marketplace, logistics, finance, and tech teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering
- 5-7+ years of experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations (e-commerce preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
