We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused RetailRelations & Administrative Coordinator to support stakeholderengagement, retail partner relations, and administrative operations. The idealcandidate will possess a strong marketing background, excellent communicationskills, and proven experience in retail relations, customer engagement, orsimilar functions. This role requires a proactive individual capable ofmaintaining strong relationships with retail partners while providing efficientadministrative and secretarial support within a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Buildand maintain positive relationships with retail tenants, partners, andstakeholders.
- Act asthe primary point of contact for retail-related inquiries andcommunications.
- Coordinatewith retail partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and issueresolution.
- Supportcustomer engagement initiatives, promotional campaigns, and marketingactivities.
- Gatherfeedback from retailers and customers and provide recommendations forservice improvements.
- Assistin organizing events, activations, and retail engagement programs.
- Preparereports, presentations, and updates related to retail operations andstakeholder engagement.
- Providecomprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management andproject teams.
- Managecalendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
- Preparecorrespondence, meeting minutes, reports, and official documents.
- Maintainaccurate records, filing systems, and project documentation.
- Coordinateinternal and external communications professionally and efficiently.
- Handleconfidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Supportprocurement, logistics, and general office administration activities whenrequired.
- Liaisewith internal departments, contractors, consultants, and externalstakeholders.Ensuretimely follow-up on action items, requests, and project deliverables.
- Supportmanagement in coordinating activities across multiple teams andstakeholders.
- Contributeto maintaining a professional image and high standard of customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor'sDegree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications,or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in secretarial, administrative, retailrelations, customer engagement, or similar roles.
- Strongmarketing background with experience supporting customer-focusedinitiatives.
- Priorexperience working on large-scale projects in Qatar and/ormultinational organizations is essential.
- Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluentin Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strongproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professionalappearance, positive attitude, and customer-oriented approach.
- Abilityto work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
