Key Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Handle customer objections and convert opportunities into sales.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, direct sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Target-driven, energetic, and motivated to achieve results.
• Good command of Arabic.
• Candidates must be available to work in Qatar.
