Job Description:

Analyzes business processes and identifies opportunities for improvement through SAP systems.

Job Responsibilties:

• Conduct business Analysis sessions.
• Document business requirements
• Support functional consultants
• Validate solutions
• Aassist in testing.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 8–12 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional solution design.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration across relevant SAP modules.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications.
• Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Ability to analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements and SAP-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience in stakeholder management, workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Strong understanding of SAP configuration, master data, transactional processes, and integration points.
• Experience working closely with SAP functional consultants, technical teams, developers, QA teams, and business users.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria, support test case preparation, and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including change requests, scope changes, and requirement traceability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess business impact and prioritize requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively to both business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, migration, or transformation projects.
• Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
