Oracle Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Successfully execute a project to agreed schedule, budget and scope
- Good understanding of Project Management and ITIL processes
- Perform the project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close
- Understand and control supporting processes such as scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management
- Manage Oracle Database and Oracle EBS Application
- Must have hands‑on experience managing Infrastructure, Network‑Security, Virtualizations; must have experience with Public Cloud Administration and Provisioning, minimum of 3 Infrastructure migrations from On‑Prem to OCI or Azure Cloud; must have experience with Oracle Application and Database upgrades and migrations to Public Cloud
- Must have working experience with various Oracle Technologies such as OEL Linux, Hypervisor, Oracle Golden Gate, Exadata, ZDLRA, Disaster / Recovery
- Maintain the project artefacts and financials
- Lead stand‑ups, control day‑to‑day activities
- Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project remains on track and in control
- Track and report on variances to the approved project baseline
- Plan for and manage change, close the project to formalize acceptance of the project result and release project resources
- Perform gate reviews and quality assurance reviews with all aspects of IT organization and business sponsors
- Deliver projects aligned to overall business and technology strategies and architectures
