Offshore Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
We are seeking a Offshore Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant who is responsible in supporting Oracle HCM and Performance Management activities, including systemanalysis, configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, workflow support,documentation, UAT coordination, and production support. The role requiresclose coordination with HR users, business stakeholders, and technical teams toensure smooth Oracle HCM operations and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzebusiness requirements related to Oracle HCM and Performance Management.
- Providetechno-functional support for Oracle HCM modules.
- Configure,troubleshoot, and enhance Performance Management processes.
- Supportworkflow configurations, approvals, notifications, and relatedintegrations.
- Coordinatewith business users for requirement gathering, testing, and issueresolution.
- Preparefunctional and technical documentation.
- SupportUAT activities and deployment coordination.
- Recommendprocess improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
- Workwith technical teams for customization, reporting, and integrationrequirements.
- Ensuretimely support and resolution of operational issues.
- Use AItools and modern technologies to improve productivity, accelerateanalysis, support code generation, and enhance delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Strongexperience in Oracle HCM modules, especially Performance Management .
- Goodunderstanding of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS / SSHR environment.
- Experiencein Oracle workflows, approval processes, and notifications.
- Abilityto analyze business requirements and convert them into functionalsolutions.
- Experiencein issue analysis, testing, UAT support, and production support.
- Goodunderstanding of SQL and reporting concepts.
- Strongcommunication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experienceworking in offshore support engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experiencein Oracle HR processes within large organizations.
- Experiencein integration and enhancement projects.
- Knowledgeof Oracle APEX and related Oracle technologies.
- Familiaritywith AI-assisted development and productivity tools.
