VRF Technician

Madre Integrated Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and maintain VRF/VRV air conditioning systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, etc.)
- Read and interpret HVAC layout drawings, electrical schematics, and installation manuals
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in VRF systems
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure efficient system performance
- Charge refrigerants, vacuum systems, and check for leaks as per safety norms
- Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers for smooth workflow and project completion
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain service records, installation reports, and documentation
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with VRF systems in the Gulf region
- Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, piping, wiring, and refrigerant cycle
- Familiarity with leading VRF brands like Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, etc.
- Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Valid Gulf country experience certificate is preferred
