Job Description
- Analyze application architecture, business requirements, and production usage patterns to define appropriate performance testing strategies and workload models .
- Design and execute baseline, load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability tests .
- Develop, enhance, and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter .
- Create realistic workloads covering different user journeys, transaction volumes, concurrency levels, and business scenarios.
- Implement parameterization, correlation, assertions, timers, controllers, pre-processors, and post-processors in JMeter.
- Perform performance testing for web applications, REST/SOAP APIs, and distributed applications .
- Execute tests with different load profiles and analyze application behavior under varying levels of concurrency.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing .
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apache JMeter .
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, cookies, and sessions .
- Strong understanding of Load/Stress/Endurance/Spike testing .
- Experience with JMeter scripting, correlation, parameterization, assertions, timers, and controllers .
