Global Project Secretary & Admin Specialist

Saipem is seeking a Project Secretary to provide secretarial and organizational support to the Project/Client Management. You will screen calls, draft correspondence, organize archives, and assist with reports and travel arrangements.
Requirements include a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, at least 3 years in office administration within energy sectors, fluent English, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SAP, and calendar management.
