System Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design system workflows and lifecycle events
- Ensure integration with stock exchange APIs, market data feeds.
- Develop and maintain System Requirement Specifications (SRS), interface definitions, and data mapping documents.
- Participate in testing and validation of new functionalities, including regression and performance testing.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to best practice frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in system analysis or IT business analysis, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge in secure system architecture.
- Proficiency in modelling techniques: UML, ERD, BPMN, and use of tools such as Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira.
- Experience in working with Oracle databases, message queues, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Critical thinking and attention to detail and risk sensitivity.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
