IT Helpdesk Supervisor: Lead L1 Support & ITIL Excellence

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Supervisor to oversee Level 1 IT support operations. You'll supervise the support team across shifts, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to ITIL-aligned incident management processes.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, 5–7 years in IT support, and fluency in Arabic and English. ITIL certification is mandatory, with additional IT certifications preferred.
