- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including floors, walls, and waste areas.
- Operate and clean pot-washing machinery and industrial dishwashers according to hygiene standards.
- Sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Dispose of trash and waste per hotel and regulatory standards, following recycling guidelines.
- Assist cooks and servers as needed and perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines for safe chemical use.
- Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in proper working condition.
(CVs without proper documents like QID, Passport copy, educational & other certificates shall not be considered)
