24/7 ITS Support Engineer — OMNIA & Tolling Systems

Arab Solutions in Doha is looking for an L1 & L2 Support Engineer to deliver technical support for the OMNIA Traffic Management System. Responsibilities include continuous monitoring, incident resolution, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field and 3-5 years of IT support experience, especially in traffic management or ITS. Proficiency in VMware technologies and enterprise applications is highly desired.
