Creative Pastry Chef — Lead Desserts & Bakery

InterContinental Doha The City is seeking a seasoned Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and bakery operations, crafting desserts, breads, and confections for hotel outlets, banquets, and events.
You will inspire and coach the pastry team, design innovative menus, and ensure product quality and food safety in a luxury setting that mirrors the IHG standards.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-volume hotel pastry roles, supervisory experience, and a strong eye for presentation and cost control.
