Hiring: Project Manager (PMO) – IT & Digital Transformation
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to join our client's PMO team. The successful candidate will lead IT and digital transformation projects from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders, business units, and vendors while supporting the organization's PMO framework and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, schedules, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Support PMO governance, project management methodologies, and best practices.
- Coordinate with business units, vendors, and third-party consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in RFP preparation, technical evaluations, vendor selection, and contract support.
- Lead testing planning and coordinate user acceptance testing activities.
- Train and guide project teams on project management tools and methodologies.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of Project Management experience , including at least 1 year within a Bank or Financial Institution in an IT PMO environment .
- Strong IT background with experience managing IT-related projects.
- Hands-on experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, PMO governance, portfolio management, and project lifecycle management.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and C-level executives.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

- Experience working with project management tools and reporting frameworks.
- Ability to manage vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams effectively.
