IT Helpdesk Engineer
Location: Qatar
We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide first-line technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT services. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and possess strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant support teams when required.
- Maintain accurate incident records and documentation using the IT service management tool.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational IT policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to end users.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related IT field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support.
- Valid, accredited ITIL Certification (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and IT support tools.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
