Store Team Member (IT Store)

The Store Team Member (IT Store) will be responsible for managing the storage, inventory, issuance, and tracking of IT assets and equipment. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating asset allocation and returns, supporting hardware lifecycle management, and ensuring proper documentation of all store transactions.

The Store Team Member will also work closely with IT support teams to ensure timely availability of equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, support audits, and ensure compliance with asset management policies and security procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory control, or IT store operations.
  
• Hands-on experience managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including allocation, tracking, repairs, replacements, and disposal.
  
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, asset documentation, and stock control processes.
  
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  
• Familiarity with IT hardware, software licensing, and asset management best practices.
  
• Experience coordinating with IT support teams to ensure timely asset availability and inventory accuracy.
  
• IT Asset Management certification is an added advantage.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
  
• Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment as required.
