Your Role

• To enter Purchase Orders in BirchStreet and keep track of missing items when the receiving team performs the receiving.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding Requisitions and possible orders.
• Maintain track of all Requisitions that are still pending to be converted into PO.
• Control and maintain the Market List in the system, updating description and prices when required.
• To extract monthly report for Open POs and maintain the system clean without any pending POs/
• To follow up with the suppliers regarding pending deliveries.
• To coordinate between departments and having proper planification on future orders.
• To assist Receiving and Finance team when required.
