Sales Manager, New Business (Qatar & Lower Gulf)

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Sales Manager for New Business in the MENA market, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects into long-term strategic partnerships with leading brands and advertisers across Qatar and the Lower Gulf.

You will leverage advanced Sales Enablement tools and proven commercial methodologies to drive growth and position Criteo as a trusted partner in the AdTech space.

• Expand Criteo's direct client base, with a primary focus on Qatar, by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to contract signature and client onboarding.
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers across complex organizations, acting as a trusted advisor by combining strategic insight, commercial acumen, and executive presence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and experts including Technical, Marketing, Product and Account Management to win and grow complex opportunities
• Leverage tools such as Salesforce, SimilarWeb, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive pipeline generation, opportunity management, and conversion.
• Represent Criteo at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the space.
• Contribute to a high-performance team culture by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues through mentoring and coaching.

Who You Are:

• Strong network and established relationships within the travel, retail, and government sectors across Qatar and the Lower Gulf.
• Proven experience selling complex digital advertising, performance marketing, retail media, commerce media, or AdTech solutions to senior marketing and business stakeholders
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and leading commercial negotiations for enterprise accounts.
• Proven success within a leading AdTech, MarTech, media, or digital advertising organization.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a strong direct-client network in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising, commerce media, and AdTech ecosystem across the Middle East and globally.
• Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
