Procurement and Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities including sourcing, supplier coordination, and purchase order processing
- Obtain quotations, evaluate supplier proposals, and support negotiations on pricing and terms
- Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders in ERP/SAP systems
- Maintain supplier databases and monitor supplier performance
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and procedures
- Coordinate transportation, shipment, and delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure accurate documentation
- Liaise with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders
- Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics-related issues
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
- Support procurement and logistics functions through effective coordination and follow-ups
- Work closely with internal departments and warehouse teams to align material requirements and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of procurement and logistics transactions and prepare reports as required
- Assist in monitoring KPIs, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in team performance reviews and development planning
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental objectives
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations
