QC Inspector
Full-time
Madre Integrated Engineering
Inspection : Inspect welding, piping, and mechanical installations.
Material Verification : Check materials, consumables, and welding electrodes against approved specifications.
Testing : Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic, and NDT tests.
Documentation : Maintain inspection reports, test certificates, and compliance records.
NCR Handling : Identify non‑conformances and report corrective actions.
Safety Compliance : Ensure inspections are conducted safely and in line with HSE standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
- B.E/B. Tech Mechanical
- Minimum 12-15 years of exp. in Oil & Gas , Petrochemical, Fertilizers industry in Quality control & Assurance (5-7 year GCC Exp is must).
- Experienced in managing a team of QC Engineers & Inspectors.
- Shutdown/Turnarounds experience is an added advantage.
- Experienced in Field installation of Piping, Structural Steel, Tanks Welding.
Mandatory certifications:
- CSWIP 3.2.2 /EWE/IWE, IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
Location: Ras Laffan
