Overview of the role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to deliver sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the diesel generator sales journey. The role will focus on maximizing vehicle sales, retained gross margins, Finance and Insurance products, trade-ins, and accessories while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. The successful candidate will guide customers through a structured, one-stop sales experience and build trusted relationships that support customer retention and business profitability. 

What you will do
•    Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets while maintaining the required gross margin.
•    Guide customers through a structured sales journey covering vehicles, Finance and Insurance products, trade-ins, and accessories.
•    Promote Finance and Insurance solutions based on customer needs and business targets.
•    Maximize trade-in and dealer-installed accessory sales opportunities.
•    Manage telephone, website, and walk-in enquiries and convert leads into sales.
•    Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the relevant systems, including test-drive and customer identification details.
•    Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
•    Work closely with showroom and branch management to enhance revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction.
•    Participate in sales meetings, product training, and development activities.
•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, brand campaigns, customer financing options, and competitor activities.
•    Deliver a consistently professional customer experience and support customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score objectives. 

Required skills to be successful
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
•    Minimum of two years’ diesel generator sales experience.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Strong negotiation and communication skills.

About the team
You will be part of a dynamic diesel generator retail sales team and reporting to the Sales Manager. The team is committed to delivering profitable growth and providing customers with a seamless, one-stop sales experience.
